Quarantees

NIHIL guarantees that the delivered goods will satisfy normal demands which can be expected from our goods. If not, NIHIL will, within a reasonable term, replace products as long as stock least or repair a garment that fails to meet the customary requirements. The warranty does not cover wear and tear as a result of ordinary use, incorrect treatment, shrinkage, fading from sunlight and incorrect washing methods.

Buyer shall inspect the goods on arrival or as soon as possible after receiving the goods and he shall submit claims about damage, visible defects or lacking quantity to NIHIL in writing and within eight days after reception. Buyer shall submit claims about hidden defects to NIHIL in writing immediately after he has discovered such defects, but not later than one month after reception.

Communications by or on behalf of NIHIL concerning the quality, composition, application possibilities, properties, handling in the widest sense, etc., of goods delivered shall only be considered as warranties if they have been confirmed explicitly and in writing in the form of a warranty by NIHIL.
