Los Angeles, CA –Honorable Judge S. James Otero,
for the US District Court for the Central District of California
signs an order for a preliminary injunction against Climb X Gear.
After reviewing all pleadings filed on behalf of the parties, hearing arguments on behalf of the respective parties, the representatives of the parties having also met and conferred and stipulating to some of the matters within the proposal,
the Court Ordered a conditional preliminary injunction against Climb X Gear and adjudged/decreed for compliance
within 30 days of the Order. When determining whether to grant preliminary injunctions, the Judge considers the extent
of the irreparable harm, the plaintiff's likelihood of prevailing at trial, and that an injunction against the defendant is in the public interest.
